The apartment has a huge (North and East facing) wrap around balcony, perfect for outside entertaining, 7-Burner BBQ, with sun loungers on the private side terrace, green view and 16m Lap pool. Convenient steps lead directly from the rear balcony to the garden (perfect for children), with quick access via the side walkway to Duke Street; two minutes walk to Sunshine Beach cafe's, restaurants and shops, five minutes walk to the beach.
Two flat screen TVs, two DVD players, iPod docking station all make it the perfect family holiday destination and great for entertaining.
Secure parking for two cars in the basement of the complex, with convenient lift access to the apartment. Guest parking also available.
• The main bedroom boasts a King size bed with enormous walk-in wardrobe plus double ensuite with bath and shower. Bedroom two has a Queen bed, and bedroom three has two singles with a pull out trundle. The enclosed media room has a sofa bed with LCD TV and DVD player.
• The kitchen, with breakfast bar, is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, built-in dishwasher, microwave and oven, plus seperate washing machine and dryer, full cutlery and crockery.
• Living/Dining features dining table with seating for eight, the living room has large digital LED flat screen TV, and free WiFi Internet. The second bathroom lies between bedroom two and three.
• Ducted air conditioning throughout the apartment, with additional ceiling fans in every room.
