She has grown the property management side of the business since purchasing 20 years ago, particularly in the holiday rentals area; she employs a team of local people who share her commitment and ethos to delivering a boutique high-end service to their clients, and collectively have unsurpassed local knowledge. Pip’s passion for the Arts has never left her, and Sunshine Beach Real Estate sponsor the annual Sunshine Beach High School Arts Extravaganza, and she is patron of the “Noosa Alive” festival. As a long-term resident and business owner, Pip is heavily invested in the Sunshine Beach community, and is connected with many of its local groups, and regularly attends community events.
