During this time, they have been an integral part of the village forming long-term relationships with many residents, business owners, holidaymakers, and property owners; as the longest serving business in Sunshine Beach, they have a connection with the people and the surrounds that is second to none.

Whilst they pride themselves on good old-fashioned service, the team also embrace innovative technology and utilise the latest digital platforms to market properties and are continually keeping updated with this ever-evolving space to ensure their clients receive maximum exposure.
In 2024 Pip and the team relocated into to a stylish new premises in Duke Street, which has elevated the business to the next level, injecting a renewed energy and vigour that has even further anchored them into their community. They could not be more excited about the future.

Principal Pip Covell started her sales career in 1988 at Sunshine Beach Real Estate and loved it so much she took over the business in 1999…and hasn’t looked back, only forward.
As a Sunshine Beach local herself there are not many locals that Pip doesn’t know either personally or have dealt with professionally over the years. Pip has a strong connection to the community; she is invested in it in every sense, a passionate advocate for the lifestyle on offer and the opportunity for exceptional capital growth, which has been consistently impressive over time.
