Walk in to the tiled living and dining area on the lower level of the home and open the bi-fold doors surrounding this area to create a cool, seamless, indoor/outdoor space. An open fireplace in the lounge provides warmth for the cooler months. There is a beach-themed kitchen on this level featuring ample bench and storage space and a four-burner gas cook top and the dining table is large enough for all to gather around to enjoy good company.
This level also has a bathroom with a shower, vanity, separate toilet and laundry.
Upstairs houses all four air conditioned bedrooms. The master suite has ample robe space, an en suite and a private balcony. Two bedrooms have built-in robes and one has its own balcony. The main bathroom features a spa bath.
The garage has a table tennis table and a pool table, or can park two cars if you wish to fold the table tennis table away.
Take an easy stroll across Pat Mullins Park and down Henderson Street to the shops or down Ross Crescent to the beach.

Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonable clean and tidy manner.
Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.
A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.
