Welcome to the Winter edition of our quarterly newsletter; and whilst the temperature may be plummeting, we are still enjoying glorious clear sunny days that are truly divine – winter is a wonderful time to visit Queensland particularly Sunshine Beach and the wider Noosa region.
Market Update:
The sales team attended an REIQ Breakfast on Monday May 27 to hear leading research analyst Tim Lawless of CoreLogic speak. Tim spoke about the Sunshine Coast market and his key points were that the Sunshine Coast market is predominantly made up of investors drawn to the strong capital growth and lifestyle benefits of the region.
With stock levels remaining low, the number of buyers is outnumbering the volume of stock on the market, continuing to put upward pressure on price. The majority of enquiry is a coming from local, Brisbane, and south-east based buyers, with the onset of winter likely to increase the number of southern and international buyers.

Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea May 22
We held another successful event in the Ocean View Room at the Sunshine Beach Surf Club, raising $5,616 for the Cancer Council. The morning tea was well supported by the local community including businesses who donated prizes for raffles. We are already planning for next years!

Update: Sunshine Beach Surf Club
The Sunshine Beach Surf Club will be closed on Monday June 10 for essential maintenance work including interior painting, replacing kitchen flooring, repairing and maintaining the steel deck structure, plus adding some refreshing new features to enhance the experience of our patrons. The club will reopen on Friday afternoon June 21st, kicking off a fantastic weekend of events and entertainment to celebrate.
